I ship to Israel and worldwide.

The shipping price is according to the fixed Israel Post pricing and depends on its weight and location.

I fulfill all orders within 10 days from the time that the payment for the order is received into the system.

To place an order please add the product/s to the basket and check that you have correctly added the desired item/s and the desired quantity into the shopping cart.

Make sure that your email and shipping address information is accurate to avoid mistakes and delays.

Changes to an order:

Please check your shopping cart carefully before ordering.

From the moment the order is placed any changes can be made up to 24 hours, after that you cannot change an order.

Customs charges:

Customs taxes, import fees, etc., are the sole responsibility of the customer only and are not my own.

Each country has its own customs and payment regulations so please check accordingly.

If you are ordering overseas (outside of Israel):

Please check with your country before placing an order. Sometimes customs require payment at the local post office branch before releasing it to the customer regardless of the shipping cost incurred.

Cancellations/returns:

You can cancel an order up to 24 hours from the moment of placing an order and no later.

There are no product returns or refunds unless you received a defective and or damaged item.
